I had purchase the lenovo P780 from snapdeal on 27 Feb 2014. This is the 4th time I am facing problem in my handset. Every time I am facing new problem and for that every time I have to go to service center and submitting the phone to more that 20 days. 1st problem was head phone jack issue and in that i was kept my phone 20-30 days in service center. 2nd & 3rd time was OS and software issue and again I was went to service center. now this time my system is totally dead, not booting and not even switching off, Currently My mobile in service center. Now I am fustrated with this product I want replecement for this product so I request you to please do the needfull ASAP.
