I made payment to download the original Encumbrance Certificate from official Government of Karnataka Website – Kaveri Online. Payment was successful and deducted 190/-. But it didn’t redirect to Kaveri page and I dont again see the same page to submit application by checking the payment status.Unnecessarily amount is wasted. Who is responsible for this? Bank or Govt of Karnataka?Who will pay me back this amount and how? Regards, Sateesh Kumar Dara
