Dear Sir/Mam,
Hi my jio number is 6280582818. I connect it with my laptop using JIO DOUNGLE. The green indicator says excellent network. My laptop also says connected. It is very slow compared to ANY other network. My plan is Rs. 599 (unlimited 2 gb daily for 84 days) . Any website rarely opens. Please look into it and rectify as soon as possible.

I live in Ahrauli, Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh. Inspite of having 4g Jio Tower within the walking distance of 200m from my home there is low internet speed to the extent that sometimes i struggle to load WhatsApp status containing image. What is the use of paying ₹555 when the network fail to even load the webpage. Improve the internet speed as soon as possible. Even i failed thrice for captcha verification while submitting complaint because the captcha image didn’t load.😂😂😂
