Grabasap – Product not delivered passing blame on FedEx

Purchased a saree from grabmore.in on 3rd May by making payment of Rs. 3680. It was to be delivered on 9th May but as I haven’t received this till today (14th May). Upon multiple followups with the company they said that the product is out of stock (on 9th May) and that the product will be despatched on 11th May. On 14th May the company claimed that the product has been sent on 11th and provided a FedEx Tracking number as a proof. Upon checking with FedEx, I was informed that the product hasn’t been given by the sender at all. When I asked grabmore again, they agreed that the product is yet to be shipped and started passing the blame on FedEx.

Expecting speedy delivery of the saree and adequate compensation for lapse of service by grabmore
