Karbonn Titanium – did not connect to PC for transferring files

I have submitted my mobile phone Karbonn Titanium S1 in service center as it did not connect to PC for transferring files. The executive at service center i.e located in Nirman Vihar said it will take 30 days for repairing the phone as motherboard will be replaced. I asked why so long as other companies takes 1-2 weeks, the person said if you want to get your phone repaired you have to wait. I submitted device but as of writing the complaint it is 48th day and there is no reply from company. They are not picking calls and if anyone mistakenly picks up phone they talk rudely saying it will take more time you have to wait. I have even had a talk with regional head of Karbonn Mr Ravi at his personal number 8800898815, Delhi Head Mr Deepak Kathuria at his personal number 8130975976 and the technical engineering Mr Tezz at 9650606447 but all these person are transferring me from one to another person and nobody is able to give a maximum time period for fixing my phone. Everyone ask give me 2-4 days and after that they either dont pick call or if they do they say it will take more time. I now do not want the device as its too long and I had purchased a new handset as it was very urgent to buy a cell phone so I would like to get my money back along with all the losses I suffered which comes to a total of Rs 24700
