Grievance caused by Sony service Centre Pune

I have submitted my sony xperia miro phone in warranty on 1st march 2013 to accel frontline services ltd. I called them many times but there was no response and after 25 days they told me my phone is un-repairable and they are giving me replacement with a option of higher version.So i opted for xperia J. then after 7 days they told me to submit a DD of Rs.1500 after submitting DD I’ll be getting my phone within 3 days.I have submitted DD immediately on 4th april 2013 in favour of “sony india pvt. ltd.” and still i have not got my phone,they are giving me dates after dates making me call them again and again and their response to their customers is not acceptable. So i seek your help.

I want my cell phone immediately as promised by them (Xperia J) along with compensation for petrol. Else They can pay me completely in cash,if they cannot provide me phone. I will buy another companies phone.
