Supertech Builders – Allotment letters not issued for our unit

I (Shakil Ahmad, CRM No. – 1044142) have booked a flat by Supertech 3 BHK ( 1155 Sqf) Tower No. A9, Unit No. 0903 in Eco vill-2 Noida Extention in Greater Noida. I have selected flexi payment plan and total cost my flat was 2356730 Rs. I gave booking amount with cheque amount 50,000 Rs on date 23feb’11 but booking receipt confirmed on date 14 Mar’11. and also I received a mail on date 24 Mar’11 that your unit confirmed by supertech CRN team And second cheque amount 1,85,664 Rs submitted on 3 May’11 and total amount submitted 2,35,664 Rs (10%) Including Service tax. after I was try to get Home Loan from bank for next Amount 40% payment. After that Honorable High court judgment that Supertech Eco vill 2 was effected in Sehberi Village & Land has been cancelled in may’11 . Supertech released official circular to buyer that your unit is safe on date 14 May. I have received Demand letter for 40% payment on 18 May’11. Thereafter, in Noida Extension, the bank has denied to approve the the loan due to problem between farmers & Noida Authority. Also Ecovill-2 Tower- A9 effected in Sahaberi village. But after two month 16 Jul’11 Supertech was shifted my unit in Eco vill.-3, flat 3 BHK ( 1155 Sqf) Tower No. A9, Unit No. 0903 Noida extension . This letter received from supertech website. I visited the Supertech office, Officers said that your unit is safe and you can shift any where to another project of supertech. Again after 1 week visited their office for confirmation & officer said’ your flat sifted from eco vill -2 to ecovill-3 in Same unit and same tower. And we make new agreement letter after some time. I sent mail to Supertech for agreement of allotment letter my unit on date 28 Jul’12. Again I sent mail to Supertech for agreement my unit on date 1 sep’12 and I received a mail on 5 Sep’12 by supertech “will take some time to resume” please wait.

Again I sent mail to supertech for agreement my unit on 16 Oct’12 and I received the mail on 19 Oct’12 that we will start the documentation after diwali (intimated to you) again, I sent mail to supertech for agreement my unit on 22 Nov’12 and I received a mail by supertech (provide us copy of acceptance letter) on 19 Nov’12. I sent the soft copy of acceptance letter for new unit allotment EV-3, A9, 0903 on date 30 Nov’12. I received a mail by supertech, (we have received your acceptance letter ) on date 1 Dec’12 I visited the supertech Head office on date 1 Dec’12 but he said you have not submitted the acceptance letter, and Rohit said you write the acceptance letter in back date, I submitted the acceptance letter. He said we call you for agreement letter. Again I sent mail to supertech for agreement my flat on 6 Feb’13 and again I sent mail to supertech for agreement my unit on 9 feb’13. I received a mail by supertech ( provide us acceptance letter) on 12 Feb’13.
