I brought step up from gtm teleshopping. i was not satisfied so i called customer care he told me that i will refund i need to send back the product, so i sent them the product by speed post, they also acknowledged that they got it. they told me to wait for 1 year. i waited but now even after 1 year 3 month are over no refund

i have been trying to call them regularly they always receive my call and disconnect without any solution, by this i am highly stressed up for my refund. also i have wasted a lot of money and time on returning product and calling them.
