Hi, I am a resident of F’bad and commute daily to GGN using the GF toll road. The toll road is a big gift for people like us to get connected. However, there are many issue and through this medium wanted to highlight. # Maximum time on the toll road is taken at the toll booth. Roughly 15 mins during 9-1130am and 7-10 pm. # Even though there are 2 booths for TAG users, 90% of the vehicles in that row are cash payers…hence TAG users have no advantage at all. # Many times, it taken more than 20 seconds to open the barrier (TAG users) as their systems are slow in reading the TAG information # Off late, there are many stray cows / animals on the toll road. This is very dangerous as traffic is at quite a good speed. Its more dangerous during nights. # There is a speed breaker near a residence complex for the complex vehicle to cross the road…How can a toll road have speed breakers? # There is no online payment of toll for TAG / Smart card users..considering we are in this modern age, this is a MUST now. I hope someone is listening to this and take urgent action. Rgds
