My complain with local service centre at Trivandrum kerala was pending for almost one month for want of spares. Eventhough I am constantly in touch with the firm, they are giving sane reply throught out, without even providing a date by which they can provide the service. This is not only depriving me of my privilege of getting prompt action under AMC but also causing hardship in getting drinking water for the last one month
Non availability of purified drinking water
I want my aqua guard under AMC should be repaired immediately and extent the AMC period by the non ops period of equipment
