purchased a hand set ‘Haier GC220′(Serial No -EA09S3E0100E5CA83873, IMEI – 867280010724870, MANUFACTURING – 10/2012,Date of export – 10/2012) in Oct 2012 from reliance web world store Sector -14, Gurgaon. Now its vibration is not working in this hand set. Unfortunate I lost phone bill. To get the duplicate bill I went reliance web word sector-14 then I found this outlet has been closed. Somebody suggest me to go to Grand mall outlet to take the duplicate bill. When I reached there then the executive told me that he could not give the duplicate bill for sector-14 outlet purchasing, he can provide duplicate bill in case someone purchased the hand set from grand mall’s reliance outlet. According to him now i don’t get the duplicate bill because reliance has closed the ID of Sector 14 outlet. I wrote to nodal executive on 19 Jul 2013 but not got any response.

Need duplicate bill so that hand set can be repaired by authorized service center.
