I give my phone for repair in shree communication on date 12 augest,under bill no 498,it is authorised service center of micromax. They said at the time of receiving that please call tomorrow we will give you delivery date. When i call they repeatedly give me one answer please call on tomorrow, we are not able to find your find bill book.I called them almost 20 time . finally i droped mail to micromax online help. but nothing tangible comes out. on 31 i called the again they said you can come and collect your.When i visited madam sitting there said please come tomorrow. Finally they gave set.When i checked its against reported issues in the job sheet.Problem was not properly solved. I requested there engineer to pls test it,he refused.More that i found that outer cover of my phone was not fitting properly and found too many scratches on the phone.

Repair the phone properly with the compensation of 1000 rs for the calling charges and the inconviences
