They have been disconnecting the internet connectivity randomly for so many days, i had observed it was not working for more than 12 Days

Strange was they are not ready to take the customer complain and give the number infact putting lots of efforts to first log the complain i might have called 20 times and spoken for hours with customer care. Finaly they have logged the complain number but still the issue did not resolved. Complain no. 1579466302

They are not ready to accept the problem and not ready compensate the loss incurr during and infact not ready to provide better services and credit of loss of data.
