I enrolled for hair loss treatment at their gurgaon centre. they asked me to go for stem cell treament ( non surgical with gauranted results ). I paid 1,25,000 on medicine and treatment and i dont see any result after 5.5 months. they misguided me and now when I am following up on the results, they did not say anything and after too much follow up, they say to go for hair transplant and pay 1,20,000 more. stem cell treatment is a supplement to hair transplant .they are not doctors but cheap sales staff who only use cheap techniques to enroll customers. they have posters and advertisements on stem cell to cheat customers. please help me

i want my full money back with interest as the treatment so far ( 60%) resulted into nothing. doctor also knows that and that is why to save themselves they are asking to pay 1,20,000 more for transplant. they themselves told now that this is a supplement treatment to hair transplant. i checked some other centers also recently for same kind of treatment and they told me clearly that at this stage stem cell is not suitable and transplant is the only solution. other centres clearly mention/say about the result a person should expect from different techniques of hair restoration and allow consumer to choose. but Vibes fooled me. after 1,25,000 investment, no results and more investment expectation from customer clearly shows the negligence at their end.
