Out of 4 sarees 2 found damaged Vide Invoice No.OXIZ/14-15/99424 dated 23/01/2015 for order No.963107455 dated 22/01/2015 (product code 32847771 and Product Name Exclusive Offer of 4 printed sarees in different Fabrics by Zoha). Company is cheater. I asked about refund of money which company has not so far given to me nor promised in writing. Rather they say send it back which is no guarantee if product is lost in transit, I will not get my money back in whole life. It is said half bread is better than no bread, i.e. 2 out of 4 sarees are good. Company ought to first deposit money back to customer account then ask for returning the product. For I have also paid by net banking in advance then why company cannot refund me in advance. They do not respond timely and properly. They make fool of customers. They are cheater. I have kept on complaining over phone and E-mail as well as. Due to this I have lost financial loss in using 3g data and also incurred phone expenditure loss. Above all suffering mental and physical fatigue. Loss of valuable productive time/ works.
Immediate solution of my problem and relief of Rs.1 lac by levying penalty on the HomeShop18 for their negligence and on account of harassment, embarrassment, disturbance, mental and physical trouble and loss of my valuable time which will never come back.
