Harassment in activating Reliance Jio Sim

Sir/Madam, Half an hour ago, I contacted your siripuram center, Vizag, AP for activation of my Reliance JIO sim. The customer executive denies to accept E-Aadhar card, as was received in E-mail. Asked him to show the rules that says “E-Adhar is not acceptable”; but he denied to show such rule. After a while I brought my voter ID; that is acceptable, but new problem is put up with the size of the photograph. It should fit into the rectangle block of the form. A millimeter’s difference is not acceptable. I met the supervisor pleading that photograph should be clearly identifiable, and the same is given to all the Govt.& private organisation;but to no avail.None of them is ready to tell their names. On insisting complain book etc. they gave two numbers of nodal officers, but the persons on the other side said that their numbers were wrongly given. The manager was on tour, so none could tell his time of arrival. Then whom to lodge a complaint? If the complain is seriously taken, then wrong persons may kindly be trained to be more rational than mechanical or more genuine. I am an Assistant Professor in IIPE, Visakhapatnam & I will look forward to hearing from you.
