Sir i have been a htc customer from last 7 years and now that i have had some problem in my handset that is HTC E9 . The phone had fallen and got damaged badly . When i went to the service centre to get it replaced they denied and apart from that wen i asked them to get it repaired they have estimated a bill amount of rs 17000 . The cost of a new E9 model is rs 13000 . Sir i request you to help me sort this and get my phone replaced at the lowest possible price since i have been facing this problem from past 6 months . I being the regular customer of htc from last 7 years would’nt want to get a bad impression about your product . Please have a look and get this sorted at the earliest . I would be really thankful since i haven’t received any response at India level .
