Sir I have taken a Reliance Jio sim on 05/02/2017 from VIJAPUR jio store(GUJARAT) . I have aGUJARAT adhahar card (82332 2290609).He promised to activate the sim till today 05/02/2017. The ICCID no of jio sim is 89918 57040010 838355 and IMSI 40585 70558 75338 .But my sim is not activated for calls and data services yet.

Hi sir since 10 days I brought jio sim. I have ported from bsnl to jio but 10 days completed and the Jio sim not active. This is too much of delay for me sir. Please respond from me and my jio 94942 56947 and there is no response sir please action sir
