Hathway Broadband – Connectivity lost not responding

I have registered complaint with hathway about the line cuts down on 28th may 2015, with complaint id 12624058 I have long mail chain to follow up but still they are not fixing it they took three months service charge amount in advance but i don’t have the connection My office work is getting hampered, im software engineer most of the time i need to work on week ends or work or late nights in week days but due to this issue i need to stay at office late hours

return my two months service amount which is 1600 or resolve this issue
