I paid rupees 590/- to Mr. Pravin, on 7/10/2013 for Hathway Broadband internet connection. He came to my house at,- Guruniwas bldg,flat no:1, gurudwara chowk, near akurdi station, chinchwad, pune. He assured that connection is possible at my place and will be installed within 2-3 days after payment. but later, there was no connection after a week, this guy wouldn’t even pick up the call. Then i called hathway office and they said they’d look into it. They never replied. When i called back they said they cant give connection at my place or refund me at my place. I’ll have to go to there office which is 50 Km from my place.

For all the trouble they have caused and betrayal they are doing, even the fine of Rs.100,000/- wont be enough. I’d rather request you to fine them considering the severity of this matter and so that such issues should not happen even by other service providers. Please let me know if anythin else is needed. Attached here with is the picture of original receipt of the amount i paid for the services.
