Hi, I ordered an item PUMA Shoes from yebhi.com Order No : YBH5435798 Order value : 2159.2 Date : 4/10/2014 8:52:30 PM The size did not fit me, so I filed a reverse pickup process with them. They did not come for reverse pickup for a single time and everytime they sent me an email that I was not available on the location just to wash off their hands. I again lodged a pickup request but since then no one contacted me. I have tried calling several times on your customer support number but it’s not reachable at all..seems to be dead. I even tried contacting them on facebook but after sometime what these buggers did was they tried to harass me & blocked me off on their page. It’s just pathetic and their facebook page is flooded with several complaints which means that others are also facing the same issues and they have no other option. These yebhi people are looting the innocent people by giving lucrative offers and then not initiating any support after that. It’s been over one month now and all I’ve been left is with shoes which doesn’t fit me and their policy says that no reverse pickups will be entertained after 1 month.
