Hathway Broadband Free 30 Days Offer Not Honored

Dear Sir I renewed my broadband connection with Hathway on 29-Jun-16 for 3 months. At time of renewal, they promised that if I extend for 3 months I will get 30 days extra. This was communicated by them via sms. However, they gave only 15 days extra. I have been following up with them since 1 month now and have raised multiple tickets with their customer care and have sent several emails and called several times. Everytime they say they will resolve within 24 hours but they are not doing anything. I have already escalated to their Appellate authority but they have still not done anything. Clearly they are not willing to honor their offer.

I have paid 3 months rent in advance because they were offering 30 days extra internet. But because they have given only 15 days extra internet, I have an economic loss of 15 days of internet service.

Request you to pls intervene and get my internet connection extended upto 30-Oct-16 as per their offer and also penalise them for the harassment they have caused to me.
