Lenovo K4 Note No Service Under Warranty

I Bought LENOVO K4 note by online shopping, now i am facing a problem that one of its sim slot is not working, i went to service center, they checked it by themselves, and said, some water droplets has entered in the mobile, they showed me some color change, now we can not provide any warranty related service., but in actual, it haven’t put my mobile in water, and they were showing me that portion of mobile that can not be accessed by a customer, now how do one know that that color that they showed me was not there when the purchased the mobile, or who knows that has been done by service center thet are skipping from their responsibility i am complaining against this because i am very sure that i used the mobile carefully , and i am not reasn for any water droplets inside the mobile.

I want my mobile to be repaired under warranty and compensation for this much trouble i also want to compensation against their bad behavior.

Dear sir, As per your instruction by the lenovo sales executive, i visited the service center on 3 August 2016 they PHONE SUBMITTED my mobile by giving a manual receiving and said there is POWER ON PROBLEM and we will THE DO NOT TIME PERIOD REPAIR SO SIR PLEASE HELP ME CENTER NAME: TECNOCARE SOLUTION PVT.LTD IN JANAKPURI
