Hathway Broadband – Frequent drops in network

I have been facing frequent drops in network connectivity affecting my work with Hathway Broadband . The issue has been since beginning and I have been complaining about it since past several months (6 to 8) months. The customer service quality is so pathetic and complacent towards such complaints that despite several complaints they have not yet visited my premises to check the issue and provide any resolution. The company has been advertising about seamless and continued connectivity with good speed, which is completely false and misleading.

I would want the company to now refund the entire subscription fees with costs towards the mental agony and pain suffered during interactions with the customer care staff for raising complaints and calling for follow-ups and reminders.
