in the year 2010-11 i had deposited rs. 10,000.00 towards b.tech admission advance fee receipt no.- 13465 dated-08.06.2010 course – e & c i in jaipur national university jaipur jagatpura for my daughter pooja bhatnagar and i am a resident of udaipur but my daughter got admission in local college techno india njr through at udaipur. i had given jaipur national university various reminders for refund of that money. but of no avail. i had given them a legal notice also but no response/reply came from them.they are refusing to give me the refund making all sorts lame excuses. letter i had given them for request for refund was on 07-09-2010. photocopies of the same letter with reminders -1, 2, 3, 4 were given to them but no response from their side.
since i am a govt. employee working with new india assurance and rs. 10,000.00 is quite a big amount for me to be lost in such a way i did not think, is merely a cheating with me, in spite of repeated reminders no response from their side
