Respected Sir/ Madam I am a consumer of LPG Gas connection bearing Consumer No.25854 under the dealership of M/s Bhaskar Gas Agency (Indane), Rehabari, Guwahati-8 since long time. But it is very sad to inform you that I have been suffering for non-delivery of LPG cylinders on regular basis even after repeated requests. Recently, I have booked my request with them on 17th Nov/2014; but one month have already been elapsed but, no delivery is made yet. I wonder whether it is a lapse on the part of M/s Bhaskar Gas Agency or the people engaged for delivery of cylinders at our door steps. On inquiry, I found that the delivery receipt has already been generated but no delivery is made till date. Therefore, I cordially request your honor to be gracious enough to look into the matter and take action accordingly, so that my family and other consumers like me may not suffer for want of Gas supply regularly henceforth.
