I have bought a product (order no. 25418309). I have not received the product. I have registered a complaint with the site and got an reply that they have already delivered the product. I have shared the screen shot of the courier where it is showing that the product has been delivered to the Shipper. Still they are not accepting my plea. They are not processing a return of my money.

I want the product to be delivered to me or the money to be refunded. They should be punished for their wrong doing. This is really bad for so many consumers who believe in these online shopping sites.
