I am facing irregular connection to internet from last days. I have been complaining at least once or twice everyday on their consumer helpline. Every time their representative registers a complaint and the complaint is closed after some time without resolution of the issue. They assure me that technical team will call me and confirm whether the internet is working, however I have not received any such calls and they have closed the complaints suo moto. This problem is not limited to my connection, my neighbor with Hathway connection is also facing same issue. I have also many a times complained, which illicit ed no response from the company.

I want service credit for the number of days the connection was irregular and want the company to be adequately penalised for not meeting the service standards which were assured by them. The penalty amount may be directed to Swacch Bharat Abhiyan or PM National relief fund.
