I have taken a 1 Mbps speed net connection but I was not able to browse net.It was not working from starting day 1 December.Sometimes it works but only of .25 to .30 Mbps.

My office work is impacted as I am an IT employee need net connection full time to work.Which will directly impacts my salary. I was mentally harassed by company whole day I tried to reach company but they did not given any response.

I want my money back and want to disconnect this connection. I want a strict action against company as it has made false promise .
