I am using Hathway broadband from December-2014. Ever since I am using this internet, I am having WIFI router issues regarding it’s range. I complained them about the same. I’m having many complaint numbers, which are listed below. still there is no response from their end. It was promised from their end that system engineer will visit home and get it resolved, but that never happened. They had promised WIFI range is till 10 meters, but it is not even reaching beyond 3 meters. My Account number 1223247 Complaint number since January till May- 11631057 11703056 12955560 (there are mopre complaint numbers which were not noted by me)

I have paid 4830+5311 for the same product which is not properly used.
