HCL engineer pick my laptop on 19th oct 2013 for service .He said that Your laptop return with in 15 days for checking Service status call on 1860-1800-425. When I am calling customers executive say that Your laptop under processing and doesn’t inform That which service centre branch solve my problem Sir, please take a fast action on it.

I am b.tech student Disturb in study due to absent of laptop I spent 500 rupees for travelling on the auto for going pitampura hcl service centre

Return my laptop or Refund the price of laptop with 3 months interest
