Sir, I have ordered new laptop from hclstore on 25th feb and my order no.is 76402 I have paid instantly via net banking. Company sales guy told me my product will deliver to me within 7 days. when i reconfirm from their customercare they told product is not avaiable their jaipur warehouse and will deliver their on 6march and will deliver to me on 8 march. again i called on 6 march they told its in transit, product will deliver to 8 march to jaipur warehouse and will deliver to me on 11 march. again i called on 11 march they r saying the same thing it will take more time. No proper response from their side. now i want my money back, they said your chq will deliver to you after 21 days. So sir, my money is stucked and not received anything I tried to contact with their seniors but no one is responding.

Sir, I want my laptop as soon as early within 2 days in proper condition. or want my money back instantly with 18% interest. I have called dozen times. and my business was suffered due to delay from their side.
