Sir, i purchased a hcl all in one pc with three years warranty,now only 11 months have passed and the system does not even start, iam a small shopkeeper where major income is from photocopy and printouts and printing photos,i have only this pc which needed repair so my business is almost in a shut down state. We registered our complaint with hcl (toll free number and 1860-1800-xxx) 1.)our first complaint was on 03jan2015 with complaint no 8505176765 and the person at the hcl support said that it will take 48 working hours to solve problem our service engineer will visit and give onsite support we waited for 48 hours and one more day but no one arrived. when we called the service center they said the complaint has been closed because we assigned your complaint to jaipur but the jaipur people refused as the site is it is very far from jaipur, nobody botherd to inform us that they closed our complaint even it was not resolved. 2.)our second complaint on 09-01-2015 with complaint no 8505186xx we had a discussion about how can you close the complaint without resolving it, but we were pationent and said that please book new complaint and send the person urgently. They assigned bharatpur service center named Saini sadhu computer Brijesh singh 9269955xxx now called us and without visiting the site he asks me what is the problem and wasting around 1 hour he concluded that it seems as if the motherboard is having problem so ill ask hcl to send me a new board. since then iam have regular conversation with him and he says that your board is on courier and he does not know when it will come. I don’t understand what is happening since 03 jan iam with hcl and they are not able to solve my problem and now since 11th jan they are saying part is coming via courier, also yesterday on 20th the service person called me and said please come to me at my service center and ill try if your pc can be repaired where as my pc is having onsite warrenty Please help sir
want that my complaint is resolved quickly and reimbursement of damage occurred.
