Its been since 3 months I am trying to Login to Income Tax TRACES website without any success, I have written to “contactus @tdscpc.gov. in” regarding this issue several times, but I get the same response again and again without solving my problem, please check the trailing mails below and the attachment.

I need to urgently download my Form 16B for the TDS paid by me, its frustrating to receive these repeated mails again and again with the same issue and no solution, I am a NRI hence cannot travel to the TRACES office to resolve this issue at present.

Hence can you please interfere and help.
