Fake commitment by HCL INFOSYSTEM LTD. I am submitting this complaint against HCL on behalf of my younger brother – MOHAMMAD ZEESHAN. 1.He applied for this training under program – HCL PLACEMENT ASSURED TRAINING PROGRAM/ TRAINING FOR EMPLOYABILITY (T4e). 2.We paid full fee of INR 1.25 lakhs as per their prescribed fee structure. 3.Training started on December 2011 & completed on March 2012 but till date there is no-employment/ employment support from HCL. 4.Commitment was to absorb candidate in HCL or its industry associate with a minimum CTC of 1.8 Lacs per year. 5.There was no LIVE project training as committed by HCL, it was simple tutorial classes. 6.They are least bother of our complaints, on repetitive complaints they provided some interview support that too in BPO/different profile ILO of core profile. 7.They never provided attendance/ test results as it was gray area under initial clause.

1.Refund of INR 1.25 Lacs Fee with interest. 2.Employment from HCL within suitable core profile. 3.Compensation for the unemployment till date from March 2012 as per committed minimum salary structure i.e. 1.8 Lacs per year.
