HCL tab – facing continuous trouble in many cases harassments by customer care

Dear Sir/ madam, I have purchased a HCL tab ,model U1, sl no. 912STN123045 (through Indiatimesshopping)on 3 Nov.2013, and facing continuous trouble in many cases, as 1) the touch screen is not working properly from the 1st receiving date, 2) not charging properly, 3) when I plugon the switch for charging the tab, the indicator not working properly, 4) major problem is that today it is permanently switched off. Not working or switch on after switch on the adopter for charging or after press the on button. The screen is completely remain black. I think this type of problem is not considerable with a new product.

Total money back with harassments by customer care and service centre.
