HCL Tab – Poor Service – Review

Dear Sir, I booked a complaint of my HCL Tab on 1st March 2014 and promised advised to receive the same within 15 days but after calling many times the service centre at Bhopal, and HCL call centre followed by numerous emails I never received satisfactory answer. The HCL always took some time to fulfil the desires rectification in the tablet. Yesterday (26.05.2014) after calling and emailing every possible source of HCL there was no satisfactory answer and its service centre executive again requested time up to 6 O’clock evening to give me my tablet but the I never received any call from the centre. For your ready reference I am herewith sending you the scanned copy of Tap deposit slip of service centre at Bhopal, Copy of bill, all email correspondences.

1. I want fresh Tablet with full warranty cover, since i could not use the table after I purchased it. 2. Calculated compensation of loss of resource like emailing, telephoning, service centre visits, time and mental tension (which heavily affected my works) and usage loss of tablet etc.
