Panasonic LED – Not Working No Response

Hello, I am Suresh Devatwal from Jaipur Rajasthan (INDIA). I had brought a Panasonic LED in Nov/2012 having one Year product warranty. Same time I had brought one year extended warranty by paying some extra amount (rupees 1050/-) to Bajaj Allianz. This product was financed from Bajaj Finserve Finance ltd. Loan details are: LED Loan#: 4190CD00044560 Ext. warranty Loan#: 419EWC00044561 Now Some problem there in LED display and a company Engineer visits to repair that. He checked my LED and without replying he goes. My Complain number with Bajaj Allianz Support is : 52193792 (15th May 2014) I have called many times on toll free number (1800-209-1xxx) to know my complain status. If anyone check my complain status you will be very clear about how much time I ping them. It has been already more than 15 days that My LED is not working. Please do some assists and try to sort out my problem asap. I am in big trouble. everyday I try to connect call in customer care. many times, phone holds me more than 30 minutes. and when i connects , they put me on hold again for 3-4 minutes to know the status of my complain. finally they says that I will get a call by EOD from their executives and they will tell me final status. but didn’t gets. Is it enough to write my complain here in grahak seva or should i take some Leagal action? Please advise me. i am in big trouble. don’t know, what should i do? I need new LED, together company has to pay 13000/- cost of my new TV + 30000 of mentally & time loss
