HCL TAB Y2 -Booting Problem Not Resolved by Authorized Service Center

I purchased HCL y2 Tablet in Flipkart on 18-10-2014. I was using it for about 3 days and I found that Tab booting problem defect and wouldn’t work with it. I approached HCL Authorized Service Center ,Habib Towers, Annasalai,Chennai-2. to render service and handed over the Tab for service on 18-11-2014 (service Order No.N320144119) . Within a week after service service rendered by the HCL Authorized service Center ,Anna salai,Chennai-2. for booting complaint it was found be defective for the same Booting problem issue. So I was really fed up with the service rendered by the HCL Authorized Service Center. I request you replace with New Tab or to refund my cash back.. Reply may be send to this Email within 20 days or else I am constrain to file a case in Consumer Court Invoice Copy and Service copy attached with regards, Sasikumar,984XX60343
