Hi, I had booked a ticket through the abhibus.com. I booked my ticket on 243th December 2014 for the 24th December 2014 journey. On the journey date morning around 11 o clock Meenkashi travel guys send me an message saying bus got cancelled then immediately i called the travel to inquire about the bus detail they informed me that this bus got cancelled due to break down. After that i called to abhi bus customer support person they told that they don’t have any information regarding the cancellation of bus service. i was worried because i got to know the bus cancellation on my journey day morning, so pleased them for an alternatives they told they will check and call me back in some time, waitied for more than 1 n half hour i didnt get any call back from Abhi so called them back and i informed them to refund me back the money as i dont need any alternative.

I booked APSRTC ticket from uravakonda to hyderbad on the same day and below is the ticket details.

I spoke with Abhi Bus Customercare person Sarvanan and asked him to refund the money back for that he raised the request #186915 and told me it will be refund me back in 3- 4 working days.

I was waited for 11 days and i didn’t get any, so called up again on Sunday spoke with Sandhya couple of times, I was told by her will get back to me after checking with senior people but still no response.

I have lost all my patience for waiting more than 15 days and you don’t have proper answer for my quires still???? what kind of service you providing to costumer then?

I am expecting an response at-least now
