would like to specially complaint against Payal Puri, Authorizer sec 29. Gurgaon She denied payment of RS. 930 bearer cheque to my office boy he needed this amount urgently for his mother treatment . She dishonor the bearer cheque carried by third party my office boy reason given …too small amount ..use debit card.. Now tel me is there any law in banking that small amount can’t be withdrawal from branch by third party ??? Secondly how I can give debit card to a third party…although I lost my debit card way back n I don’t want even …its my wish to use any mode of payment, There after I personally went to HDFC bank n meet Ms. Payal puri …she denied payment When I ask why u dishonored this cheque …she replied amount too small … U can withdraw from ATM I told I don’t have debit card n don’t want even …reason why I should pay for debit card issuance charges … That’s why I used cheque… She told there will.be 100 charges for third party withdrawal from non home branches I asked then how does matter to u charges would be neared by me …n but that is not the reason on the basis u can deny payment over the counter…
