After keeping me waiting for 1 month, did not sanction my loan amount stating some un com pliable reason, please take necessary action, this is to bring to your kind notice that i am a salaried account holder of hdfc bank
i had to waste 1 month of my time waiting for the loan amount to get approved which did not happen, the customer support was also not prompt, i received an official mail just today i.e 06-01-2014 stating that the loan has been rejected without mentioning any proper reason

reapprove my loan with immediate effect or i need prompt reapplication,processing & approval from my home branch at kondapur where i have my salary account
