My shipment no.15021236 to guwahati booked on 29.12.14 from ICL courier franchise at Taramandal complex, hyderabad through surface mode.Franchise told delivery will be maximum 5 days.Believing them i sent one new saree, wrist watch and some snacks.On 2.01.15 its not reached even Kolkata.When i enquired ICL courier, they replied that 7 days will take to guwahati not 5 days.Even today it is not reached destination.Whenever i call them their reply is not getting guwahati branch office phone lines.No proper information from franchise. Definitely snacks in the packet perished now.

I want to 600/- for snacks and due to delay in delivery i was unable to sent saree for function celebrated to a pregnant lady. So i want 300/- where i paid for the courier charges. Total 900/
