R/sir i have done course DATA OPERATOR in PTU CENTRE MANSA (veer nagar mohala, near railway phatak) and they open my bank account in HDFC Bank having account number 5010005160xxx and IFSC CODE – HDFC0000646 and after a year i gave this account number to my current college guru nanak dev college , budhlada. where i am student of B.sc agri. for scholarship and i got my scholarship approx. 21000 in my account. but im unable to get my scholarship because bank is saying that there is a lock on your account that i’m unable to withdrawal my money. bank is saying that lock will be open only by PTU. but PTU is not giving me a satisfactory answer to me. i want to know that when my account lock will be open… please look into my problem and solve it.
