I made a bus booking with ?ORDER NO. 902395091 on PayTM for Rs.990/-. On the date of journey (14-May-2015), the operator SVR Tours & Travels cancelled the service (# 2102A) and asked me to book any other bus, provided FULL REFUND of the amount. SVR operator said that the PayTM would communicate to me on cancellation and Refund. Until now there is no email regarding Refund from PayTM nor any cancellation email from PayTM. Requested PayTM to pls look into this and arrange for the Refund via several emails, but no escalation path worked. I was given a case no. 108096625 by service team, which is no longer being followed-up them.

I expect PayTM to refund the amount Rs.990/-(Ticket fare) along with the interest compounded from the date of bus service cancellation (14-May-2015) and additionally the extra amount(Rs.165/-) that I had to bear in booking a new ticket in the last minute which usually is a high price.
