Due to unauthorized deduction of Rs.561(233+328), HDFC customer care(01161606161) advised me to close the trading a/c and demat a/c as I have not used the A/c. They gave me the address of HDFC BRANCH( 2212, J Block, Gali No 64 – 65 Naiwala Opposite Gurdwara Road Karol Bagh New Delhi-110005 New Delhi India), Where I need to submit the documents. I Submitted closure form of Demat A/c and trading A/c with pan card copy in above branch on 20/05/2015 and they told me, if you require any acknowledgement slip, take on 21/5/15. So I took the phone no. of Mr. Manoj(971775xxx) to whom I gave the application.They told me the my A/c will be closed after 7 days. After few days when I called on customer care no.(01161606161), they told me they have not received the form and told me to call HDFC sec(022-39019400).So When I called them, they also said they have not received the form. So I requested them to note down my complaint, but they refused. Then I gave them Phone no. of Mr. Manoj-971775xxx to whom I gave the application and then put down the phone without taking any complaint. Later MR. Manoj told me that why you have made complaint against me as it is not his responsibility that whether form is received to concerned dept. or not. I told him, if I have the given the application, it is your responsibility to check whether my A/c gets closed or not. But till now the account is not closed. I have emailed, registered complaint on their websited and made n no. of calls but no response.
I want only my charges of Rs.561 to be refunded and my demat and trading A/c gets closed as I don’t know how to use this A/c and moreover I have not used the A/c. I have done two complaints regarding this 1)20/05/2015- HBL-029-722-881 2)30/05/2015- file is attached
