I have maintained my salary account in HDFC Bank from 2008 to 2014. And i have changed my company and the salary account also got changed into another bank. HDFC bank has sent some of reminders said like they are going to convert the Salary account to savings account as the salary is not crediting in my HDFC account. But they didnt call and intimate me i need to maintain the balance of 10K in my account if its a Savings. They have taken more that 1000 Rs from my HDFC account and they are saying like they cant return my money. And the Customer support also talking forcely and forcing me to pay some penalties. As a government i need help from your end to get my money refund.
