While restoring my chats from Google drive backup it is showing 0 text messages recovered, my whatsapp chat are from very first day I purchased the phone on 26 September 2014 and I backed up all the chats on Google drive backup an option given in their service. How can this be happen from a 36 MB file 0 text messages are restored.

I am continuously emailing them my condition, even I attached the screenshots in my mail to better understand situation but they are not replying to my mails. I want my text messages back and a legal action against Whatsapp for not listening my complaint. Heavy fine also as my chats are from 26-09-14.
