Dear Sir, I have filed complaint No 13265045517 already with HDFC Bank. My Credit Card has been changed without any authorization from me. I have asked the bank to revert my earlier credit card and the Redemption points that were accumulated.

I have lost more than 7000 credit points due to the unauthorized upgradation

My earlier Credit Card should be reverted along with all the credit points.
