Dear Sir/madam,I took landline from M/s Reliance communication in year 2011,the phone is dead since last 1.5 year and I had complaint the same in writing to the relaince communiaction but they could not start the phone till date. Although I ahve registered complain again and again but they keep on sending the bills,Till date they forced me to pay Rs 2500/- on dead phone.Again they have send the bill of Rs 398/- again this month.

The relialce should close this matter and refund my amount paid till date from dead phone.
